But the area is just as useful for those wanting to introduce boxing to their general keep fit and training regiumes.

Boxing is a terrific way to enhance cardiovascular healh.

It improves resting heart reate and muscle endurance and has the potential to burn around the 13 calories-a-minute placing it alongside running and cycling in terms of cardio workouts.

Hand-eye coordination is key and punching a bag or sparring requires focused movements and recall.

Thrive Gym PTs can incorporate boxing into your workout depending on clients needs and requirements.
