HIIT Training is a intense form of interval training.

It is cardiovascular training strategy designed to raise the heart-rate dramatically for short periods of time.

This form of intense anaerobic exercise has less intense recovery periods and burns huge amounts of calories quickly.

HIIT, or High-intensity interval training, improve athletic capacity and glucose metabolism.

They also improve muscle and bone mass.

Thrive Gym has a varity of equipment which can be used for HIIT training and includes a runway for sled pushes.

Kettebells, punchbags, battle ropes and free weights can all be utilised in a HIIT training program.
