This gym is my second home. Great kit. But best of all great guys working there. All welcoming and helpful. More than happy to help even when they aren’t your PT. I’ve had advice off all the PTs. I’ve also had a deep tissue massage with Tracy and I was blown away by her knowledge (and how broken my back is). She explained everything as she went. Explained symptoms, causes and how to ease them. Also gave me advice on posture , stretching and form. Really appreciated it and already booked in again to try and fix myself!

Just moved into bolton area.. this gym is just round the corner from me so naturally was my first choice.. when i got there i was really impressed, fantastic set up.. very clean.. high spec.. friendly staff.. and decent members too.. top gym.. good vibes.. one of my favourite gyms that ive trained it.. would definitely recommend to try it out.. cheers guys ?
